Advisory

Centilion advises clients on strategic initiatives, both inside and outside the organization. The focus generally is on the business model and its various elements. The approach starts broadly and moves down into the details.

The primary focus is on growth and value creation via funding--whether through operating profits, external funding sources, or other creative methods. A valuation model is maintained and updated periodically to address both internal and external needs.

Transaction

Centilion assists clients in all manners of business transactions leading to formation, disposition and restructuring of an entity. Centilion helps define the transaction boundaries, terms, timing and mechanism. Alternative forms of partnership are considered, and relationships are structured to bring maximum benefit to Centilion’s client. 

Whether buying or selling, transactions are planned to be the most tax advantageous to Centilion’s clients. A sample of other considerations includes purchase or sale of assets vs. stock, and financing the transaction. In all circumstances, Centilion is prepared to lead the due diligence and the ensuing negotiations.
