
Mehdi Rezazad began his career in 1980 at Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. He later served as a business analyst and then VP of Finance at a national investment firm with a portfolio of IT companies, oil and gas, real estate development, and consumer products.
He founded his CPA practice in 1986 serving investors, growth-minded corporate businesses, aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals with complex financial or tax issues.
Since 1988, Mr. Rezazad has concurrently served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to many of his larger clients. Starting in 1993, he has also served as stand-in for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for certain businesses founded by Centilion’s investor-clients. He has helped and led the transition of many businesses from idea stage to blossoming entities, and on to higher ranks of success.
Both in United States and abroad, Mr. Rezazad has counseled emerging businesses, investors and boards of directors, as well as executives, both well established and starters. Since 2000, Mr. Rezazad has served as an advisor to US Small Business Administration.
Mr. Rezazad received his MBA from George Washington University in 1977 and passed the CPA exam with distinction in 1979. He has taught MBA programs, written extensively, lectured and been interviewed on business and tax subjects. Mr. Rezazad is listed in Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.
